How to Order

1. Place your order and select shipping, local delivery, or free local pickup at checkout.
2. If you want your child’s picture included, email one clear, high-resolution, front-facing photo to craftingbycara@gmail.com after placing your order.
3. Include your order number, child’s name, desired colors, theme, and all special requests in the email.
4. If you do not want a photo included, email your order number and a description of the design you would like.

Processing and Estimated Arrival

• Please allow 5–7 business days for your customized backpack to be designed and created.
• Shipped orders require an additional estimated 3–5 business days in transit.
• The estimated total time for shipped orders is approximately 8–12 business days.
• Local delivery and pickup orders will be available after the 5–7 business-day creation period.
• Weekends, holidays, weather delays, and carrier delays are not included in these estimates.
