Crafting By Cara – Return & Refund Policy

At Crafting By Cara, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade and custom products. Because many of our items are personalized, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, made-to-order, memorial, photo, and specialty items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom Tumblers
  • Memorial Buttons
  • Memorial Fans
  • Custom Shirts
  • Party Favors
  • Personalized Gifts
  • Custom Sublimation Products
  • Custom Digital Designs

All purchases from Crafting By Cara are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom, personalized, or non-custom items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please carefully review all personalization details, sizes, colors, spelling, shipping information, and product selections before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund, at our discretion

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.
  • Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.
  • Approved cancellations may be subject to a design or processing fee.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once a file has been delivered or downloaded.

Shipping Delays

Crafting By Cara is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
