Welcome to Crafting By Cara. By placing an order, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom Orders

• All custom orders are created based on the information, photos, names, dates, and details provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate before production begins.
• Crafting By Cara is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Custom orders will not be started until payment has been received.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Processing Time

• Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume.
• Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4. Proof Approval

• Digital proofs may be provided for certain custom items.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs carefully.
• Once a proof is approved, Crafting By Cara is not responsible for errors, including spelling, dates, colors, or design elements.

• 5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Crafting By Cara does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
  • This policy applies to custom, personalized, handmade, and non-custom items.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, sizes, colors, personalization details, shipping information, and product selections before completing their purchase.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Crafting By Cara, please contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Crafting By Cara is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

7. Handmade Products

• All products are handmade and may contain slight variations in color, placement, size, or appearance.
• Minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

8. Memorial & Photo Products

• Customers must have permission to use any photos submitted for custom products.
• Crafting By Cara is not responsible for copyright or ownership issues related to submitted images.
• Memorial items are created with care and respect; however, customers are responsible for approving all final details.

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, artwork, logos, mockups, and original creations produced by Crafting By Cara remain the property of Crafting By Cara unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

10.  Social Media & Marketing with:

Crafting By Cara may photograph and share completed products on social media, our website, and promotional materials. Products containing personal, memorial, or sensitive photographs will not be publicly shared without the customer’s permission. Customers may request in writing that their order not be photographed or shared.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Crafting By Cara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,  

   

  or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
